Job Description

UNIX, HP-UX & AS 400:-
Ø  UNIX administrator  with 9-10 years of experience on Linux, HP-UX, AS 400, Scripting Unix Printing and backup 
Ø  Develop and maintain installation, configuration and security procedures.
Ø  Contribute to and maintain system standards.
Ø  Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
Ø  Identify approaches that leverage our offshore resources and provide economies of scale.
Ø  Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
Ø  Researches current systems technology and serves as subject matter expert on complex systems processes and procedures.
