We have an opening with my client who is looking for Java J2ee Developer at Dublin, Ohio.…

Position: Java J2ee Developer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Dublin, OH.

Job Description/Skills Required:

Overview

Individual will work with a team to replace Application Server JBoss with IBM WebSphere.
The Developer will also replace handheld technology Wave link with IBM WSE/Data Capture (a.k.a Premises) and convert C++ programs to Java to work with new infrastructure.

Required Skills:

* Strong JAVA programming and OO design skills.
* Performing design, development, code reviews & J-Unit testing will be part of the day to day responsibilities.
* Exp with spring, Hibernate & XML, as well as, solid working knowledge of design patterns is a must.
* Familiarity with continuous integration and agile development practices.
* Proficient in SQL scripts, Stored procedures
* At least 1 to 2 years of JMS experience
* Experience with ANT MUST at least 1 year
* At least 2 years Experience in Eclipse/WSAD development environment required
* Working knowledge of C++

Interpersonal -

* Candidate must be creative, have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and be detail oriented.
* Candidate must have worked on a development project through all SDLC phases.
* Strong motivation will be a key to success in this job.
* Very good Communications skills - both verbal and written.

Additional-

* Experience with IBM WebSphere Senor Events (WSE)
* Experience with handheld devices (WT4090) creating native maps
* Experience with .net
